  • Will you need to be at my business everyday?
    • No. Ideally we will set-up remote access to your software file, so your business will need no extra space for us. 
  • What if I don't live near the Lehigh Valley?
    • We can and have helped people all across the country with the advantage of the internet. Willing to travel to Philadelphia, New Jersey & New York. Give us a call or send an email to discuss options.
  • I work very long and odd hours, will you be able to accommodate my schedule?
    • Certainly! We can find a time that will work for everyone. If you need to be in your accounting software at a certain time, we will let you have the right of way and go back in to work at a different time. Our goal is convenience for the business owner!
  • What software do you support?
    • We can support any software you might currently be using. Some of our favorites are Wave, Xero and Quickbooks. Don't have software yet? We can recommend and help set up the program that suits your business needs. In some cases, a discount on the software may apply.
  • Why use a freelance bookkeeper and not hire someone directly?
    • Between the cost of payroll taxes and other benefits, such as healthcare, vacation or sick time, plus regular wages, we are sure we will be much cheaper than someone on your staff.   You will have to spend time and money training the new recruit. There is a high chance the employee will eventually move on to other opportunities, leaving you and your finances high and dry. 
  • Will I be able to talk to a real person when I have questions?
    • Absolutely! We are available by phone or e-mail and usually respond within a few hours, if not immediately.
  • Will I be giving up control of my business?
    • Not at all! It is still your business to run how you choose. We will provide an accurate financial picture, allowing you to make more educated decisions.
  • Are you a CPA?
    • No, I am not a CPA. Most small business tasks do not require the level of expertise a CPA possesses.  We are willing to recommend a CPA to you for any tasks that cannot be handled in house or that you would prefer to be handled by a CPA.
